Circle Y Saddles,
America’s Leading Saddle Brand, is proud to add
champion Cowboy Mounted Shooter, , to its Team Of Champions. As
the 2007 & 2008 Reserve World Champion Cowgirl for the
Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association, Kenda brings to
Circle Y expertise and a competitive edge in this fast
growing sport.
Kenda, who splits
time between her ranches in Washington and Arizona,
has led the women’s and open events in the relatively
new sport of mounted shooting. A holder of four World
Record times, Kenda has definitely found her game. She
is also four-time World Point Champion in CSMA events.
She currently trains horses and riders for mounted
shooting while teaching clinics and competing in over
30 events across the country.
Kenda credits part
of her success in the 2009 and 2010 seasons to her Quick Shot
saddle, and the facts speak for themselves. After only
riding the saddle for 45 minutes, she set a new world
record at the Desert Classic in Globe, Arizona. As if
that wasn't enough, she set another world record just
a day later at the same event.
'Kenda met with the
Circle Y design team to create this saddle
specifically for the sport of mounted shooting. From
the Flex 2 tree and drop rigging to help ensure a
streamline fit on any horse, to the forward tilted
swell and horn to provide clearance for the gun belt,
to the free moving stirrups and positioner straps,
this saddle is built to win.
