Kenda's 2009 Sponsors

I am pleased to report my renewed contract with the Rodeo Group, formerly Rodeo Barns and Construction. I did not know it was possible for a horse barn to be nicer than most homes, until I took a tour through a Rodeo Group building. TRULY AMAZING...

As we all have vices in some way or another, and I have to sheepishly say that mine is for cowboy boots. I have more pairs than I know what to do with, but it does not stop me from always "needing" more. Thank goodness for Twisted X Boots, a new sponsor.

Needing no introduction is Circle Y Saddles... Or maybe they do. What most do not know is that Circle Y has made some changes over the last few years. These are not the "hundred pound" saddles we remember from many years ago. With new technology and innovation, Circle Y is building equipment for the competitor, and they are built to win. Circle Y contacted me through the Western Shooting Horse Magazine to help them design a line of mounted shooting saddles, and I jumped on the opportunity.  We built this saddle together from the tree out, and I am very proud of the finished product. If a testimonial is needed, well, my story goes like this:  The saddle was hand delivered to me by the Circle Y team the morning of the Pro and Eliminator at the Desert Classic in Globe, AZ. I pulled the saddle out of the box and although I was told by Circle Y that I was not obligated to ride in it that day, I saddled up Justin anyway. I rode the saddle for about 45 minutes, then went in and set a new world record in the first round of the Colt Eliminator.  The weekend continued to gain momentum from then on. I won two overall stages, set ANOTHER world record during the Saturday night finals, and won the high overall for the weekend. This is the second time in CMSA history that a woman has ever won the high overall at a major, and I am proud to say Justin and I hold both of those wins. The right equipment for the right job. That speaks for itself.

I mentioned "the right equipment for the right job"... My hands-down gun of choice is and always will be Cimarron Firearms. I have shot the Cimarron Thunderers for over ten years and am extremely proud to be added to the Cimarron team.
