We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If you aren’t delighted with an item, you can return a product within 30 days from delivery and we will refund the purchase price.

If you’re purchasing a saddle, we understand this is a huge investment and recommend you’ve read the Saddle Fit Guide to help ensure you’ve ordered the correct fit for you and your horse.

PRODUCT CONDITION:
All products must be shipped back in new, unused condition. That means no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair. Do not ride the saddle – not even just a few laps around the arena, this will forfeit any return or exchange, no exceptions. Do include all original packaging and tags.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping is your responsibility and non-refundable.

REFUNDS:
The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 business days of the date that the return is accepted by us.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS | INACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS | WRONG ORDER:
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order made by us, contact us to initiate the return and we will email you a return shipping label. If an item is found to be defective, that item will be replaced with the exact same product with no additional shipping cost to you or we will give you a refund that includes the original shipping fee. We require an emailed photograph and description of the defect to decide if the item qualifies. This applies to both stock and non-stock items.

Non-Stock Items

A non-stock item is anything that we are building specifically to your specifications. An example would be a saddle that you selected specific conchos, tooling, or seat material. In other words this item is being made specifically for you. Because these items are not something we regularly stock and it will be built specifically for you we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
